I ended up having them tow my vehicle, and the service only got better from there. When we arrived at the shop I had originally selected, they took the time to offer thoughtful advice on a better option for the specific repairs I needed and brought me there instead without charging anything extra.

"A wheel broke on my truck while pulling our camper to Denver to camp for the weekend. I was literally stuck in the most inconvenient/dangerous place on i70 with no shoulder, just east of Idaho Springs with a camper in tow. While waiting on the insurance company to send a tow (over an hour) Otto showed up from I70 towing (within 10 minutes.) He quickly explained our options, and then stated the obvious... super dangerous location, we need to get out of here! We agreed. He loaded our truck on the bed of the tow truck and then hooked up the camper. He was able to tow our camper to where we were camping in Denver. He made sure we were set up good and then offered to take our truck back up into the mountains to our hometown (the following day.) In an incredibly stressful and dangerous situation Otto helped us remain calm and make good decisions. My family and I are incredibly thankful for Otto and I70 towing!"

I was and am, so incredibly grateful that he came along. Then after loading my car, what was also impressive was that he stopped on the other side of the road where another car was stranded, so that if they needed help, he could alert one of his other drivers.

"I had a great experience today with I-70 towing! My car suddenly stopped running when I was headed eastbound up Vail Pass. I had very limited service, was only a few feet off the road, and was having trouble with my insurance after sitting there for about two hours. I didn’t catch the drivers name, but he pulled up behind me to ask if I was ok and then offered to tow my car somewhere for me. On the way to Silverthorne, I finally got ahold of my insurance and canceled the tow I had requested from them. After listening to my conversation, the driver said he’d pull over in Copper Mountain for me to get things figured out with them and then offered to drop me and my car in a safe place without charging me so I could wait for my friend to pick me up and have my dad pick my car up the next day. I would recommend them a thousand times over after the kindness I was shown today! I was also very impressed by the fact that after this driver picked me up, he still stopped and checked on other cars that were pulled over to see if they needed help and left them with a business card just in case. Seriously, if you break down on I-70 and need immediate help, call these guys!"

I was waiting for a AAA wrecker for fuel service and I-70 Towing was passing by and stopped to check to see if I needed assistance. I explained to the driver, Khan, that I was waiting for the AAA wrecker to come. Khan said he did not have fuel on his truck or else he would just give it to me. I waited about another 30 minutes and still no AAA wrecker.
